Sensational pair of French gilt-bronze and rouge griotte marble, four branch candelabra in the manner of Clodion, Louis XVI Style, first half 19th century. Each in the form of a putto crowned with vine leaves, upholding in each hand a pair of berried foliate candle-arms, on a rouge marble base with bronze band depicting putti engaged in bacchic revelry.
